Medical Center of Arlington is certified by Joint Commission as a Primary Stroke Center and is Tarrant county’s first ever stroke center. With an on-site dedicated Stroke Team, a unit devoted to stroke patients with specially trained nursing and support staff and quick access to labs, medications, and CT and MRI scans, it’s no wonder that MCA is the first choice when minutes matter most.

Stroke Support Group – MCA offers a Stroke Support Group that meets monthly on the fourth Thursday of every month. The meetings are held at 6pm in the Private Dining Room of the MCA cafeteria. Download a Stroke Support Group brochure to learn more.
