Outpatient Rehabilitation Center

Medical Center of Arlington’s Outpatient Rehabilitation Center is located on the main hospital campus.  To make an appointment please call: (817) 472-4849.  All prescriptions can be faxed to: (817) 472-4946.

The Referral Process

There are several options available to refer patients for therapy services in MCA’s Outpatient Rehabilitation Center.

  • Prescriptions can be faxed to our reception desk at the number listed above.  Our staff will contact the patient for scheduling of their first appointment.
  • Patients can bring a prescription for therapy services to the reception desk and set up their initial appointment at that time.
  • Physician's offices may schedule a patient for an evaluation by calling the clinic and then sending the prescription by fax, mail or with the patient on their first visit.

For more information regarding any of our rehabilitation services or to schedule your first appointment, please call (817) 472-4849.  New patients should arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time to complete all necessary paperwork.
